The Feet to the Fire Group
Do you know what you need to do to
market your business but just can't seem to stay on track?
This group will keep your "feet
to the fire."
Every month for 6 months, you will set a goal for
yourself. During our monthly hour-long conference call (all you need is
a phone), each participant will have approximately 15 minutes to
discuss the goal and address any issues or questions you have. You'll
leave the call with a To Do list of reasonable tasks to complete within
the month.
A month later, we'll get back on the
call to assess your progress, get feedback, ideas, suggestions and
anything else the group can provide. During the rest of the call,
you'll be learning with (and from) your colleagues as they talk
about their goals and the challenges working toward their goals.
The group consists of up to 3 other
solopreneurs (the same participants from month to month, for
consistency) who are in similar or related industries (but not
competitors).
These "meetings" are virtual but
happen in real time (time and dates to be determined according to the
schedules of participants) and take place monthly during a 45-60 minute
conference call (all you need is a phone).
As an additional perk, lots of great
networking happens as a result of these conversations. Participants
often end up working together on projects or making referrals to each
other.
